Mine Shaft
Wind the ore cart down to the seam
Wind an ore cart down through timber-braced tunnels to the seam at the bottom.
Timber-braced tunnels, collapsing shafts and a lantern-lit run for the ore seam at the bottom.
About Mine Shaft
The maze runs vertically, so gravity is doing half the work and most of the damage. Collapsing shafts open into holes, and the lantern-lit run to the seam rewards short, controlled tilts over enthusiasm.
How to play Mine Shaft
Roll the bearing through each chamber and reach the ore seam, collecting the gems on the way.
Controls
- · Tilt your phone to steer the bearing (allow motion access when asked).
- · Drag on the screen to tilt instead if motion is unavailable.
- · Tap Re-level to recentre the tilt.
Rules & scoring
- · Reaching the goal clears the chamber and moves you on.
- · Dropping into a hole costs one bearing — lose them all and the run ends.
- · Gems add bonus points, and your clear time is recorded.
Tips
- · Short, small tilts beat big swings.
Retro inspiration
Mining, digging and treasure themes were pocket-game staples — everything happened underground where a hole in the board made sense.
