About Speedway
You broadside the bike into the bend and pick up the throttle on the exit — braking is not really an option. Getting the slide started early is what keeps the exit clean.
How to play Speedway
Hold the throttle flat round the banked cinder oval and keep the laps coming.
Controls
- · Hold ◀ / ▶ to steer against the banking.
- · There is no brake — lift and slide instead.
Rules & scoring
- · Each completed lap scores, and your best lap time is kept.
Tips
- · Turn in early; the banking keeps pushing you towards the outside wall.

Speedway was a huge spectator sport in the seventies, and pocket racers copied the sliding, brakeless style.
